Description

A single-piece 45 lb kettlebell for swings, cleans, presses and loaded carries. The handle and bell are cast as one unit, so there is no seam to work loose and nothing to rattle when the bell turns over at the top of a swing.

Using it

Chalk is optional; the finish gives enough friction dry. If you train barefoot, keep a mat under the bell — cast iron and tile do not get on.
