Description
A single-piece 36 lb kettlebell for swings, cleans, presses and loaded carries. The handle and bell are cast as one unit, so there is no seam to work loose and nothing to rattle when the bell turns over at the top of a swing.
Using it
Start with two-hand swings and goblet squats before adding single-arm work. If the bell tips forward in the rack position, the handle is too far back in your palm rather than the weight being too heavy.
