GoviLoop accepts PayPal and Visa. Both are processed on an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your full card number.
What we accept
| Method | How it works | When you are charged |
|---|---|---|
| PayPal | You are taken to PayPal to approve the payment, then returned to our confirmation page. You can pay from a PayPal balance, a linked bank account or a card held in PayPal. | At the moment you approve the payment |
| Visa | Card details are entered on an encrypted checkout page and passed straight to our payment processor. GoviLoop never receives the full card number. | Authorised at checkout, captured when your order is dispatched |
Currency and totals
All prices and totals on this site are in US dollars (USD). The total shown on the final checkout screen — items, shipping, and sales tax where it applies — is the exact amount that will be taken. There are no handling fees, service charges or surcharges added afterwards, and there is no fee for paying by any accepted method.
Security
Every page on goviloop.com, including the whole checkout, is served over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate. Card data is handled by our PCI DSS compliant payment processor; card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are never written to our own database or e-mailed.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, no order is created and no money leaves your account — any “pending” amount you see is an authorisation hold that your bank releases, usually within 3–5 business days. The usual causes are a billing address that does not match the card, an expired card, or a bank fraud check. Try again, or e-mail support@goviloop.com and we will help.
Refunds
Refunds always go back to the method you paid with; we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account. Timing is set out on the Returns & Refunds page.
What appears on your statement
Charges show as GoviLoop. If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact us at support@goviloop.com before opening a dispute — we can usually identify the order the same day.
