A 40 lb ball for throws, slams, rotational work and weighted core training. The shell is built to be thrown at a wall or the floor repeatedly, which is more than most rubber balls survive.

Using it

Throw it at a solid wall, not plasterboard. For slams, aim to finish the movement with your hips rather than your arms.
