Wrist wraps for pressing work, where the wrist tends to fold back under a heavy bar. Wrapped correctly they hold the joint in a straight line without cutting circulation.

Using it

Wrap over the joint, not above or below it, and loosen between sets. A wrap tight enough to leave marks is tighter than it needs to be.
