Description

A 2/5 inch mat for floor work: yoga, mobility, core training and anything else that involves putting a knee, an elbow or a spine on the ground. The surface grips when it is dry and does not turn to glass when it is not.

Using it

Wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap, then hang it to dry rather than rolling it away wet. Rolling a wet mat is how mats start to smell.
