Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Goviloop processes, ships, and tracks orders. We currently ship within the United States only.

Order processing: 3-5 business days.

Standard shipping: 10-15 business days, $9.95, free on orders over $100.

Expedited shipping: 7-12 business days, $19.95 when available.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Important: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders may be fulfilled from international warehouses depending on product availability and the most efficient logistics route. Final delivery within the United States is typically handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other local delivery partners.

  • Standard shipping: Estimated 10-15 business days.
  • Expedited shipping: Estimated 7-12 business days when available.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, customs processing, carrier delays, peak seasons, high order volume, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: $9.95 for orders under $100.
  • Free standard shipping: Orders over $100.
  • Expedited shipping: $19.95 when available.

The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after the package has been shipped.

5. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather disruptions, customs clearance, carrier network delays, high seasonal demand, or incorrect shipping information.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays, failed delivery, or additional reshipping fees.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, tracking number, and photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
