Return & Refund Policy
This policy explains return eligibility, return shipping responsibility, damaged item claims, cancellations, and refund timelines.
Return window: 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Unused, original condition, original packaging, proof of purchase required.
Refund processing: 3-7 business days after the return is approved.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused.
- Be in original condition.
- Include original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged items not caused by shipping.
- Items without original packaging.
- Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide:
- Photos of the product.
- Photos of the packaging.
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
4. Return Process
To start a return request, contact us by email before sending any item back. Return requests must be reviewed and approved before the item is shipped back.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Examples of our error include a wrong item sent, a defective item received, or damage caused during shipping.

6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after the return is reviewed and approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and may not be eligible for cancellation.
