Description

15 lb per dumbbell, with a knurled or textured centre grip that holds when your hands are damp. Sized to be used on a bench or on the floor without needing a rack.

Using it

Buy in pairs for pressing and rowing, singles for carries and get-ups. If you are working out where to start, most people can row and press a dumbbell around 25-30% of the weight they can bench.
