Description

31 lb of cast iron with a flat, wide base so it sits still between sets and stays put in a renegade-row position. The window is cut wide enough to get both hands on for swings without knuckles fighting each other.

Using it

Chalk is optional; the finish gives enough friction dry. If you train barefoot, keep a mat under the bell — cast iron and tile do not get on.
