GoviLoop is an independent online retailer of gym equipment, training accessories and recovery gear. The company is registered in Port Hueneme, California; stock is held and shipped from our fulfilment warehouse in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong, to customers in the United States, the United Kingdom and twelve EU countries.
What we sell, and what we do not
We built the range around home and garage gyms: kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, mats, rollers, straps, jump ropes and the kit that goes with them. We deliberately do not carry large machines, treadmills or anything that needs freight delivery and assembly. Sticking to items that fit in a parcel is what lets us quote honest delivery windows and handle problems without arguing about who pays for a pallet.
Who operates this site
goviloop.com is owned and operated by GoviLoop from the address at the bottom of this page. Every order placed here is taken, fulfilled and supported by us — there is no marketplace seller, agent or reseller in between. The GoviLoop range is sold on this domain only: no other website is authorised to take orders on our behalf or to trade under the GoviLoop name. How the business runs
Where the stock sits
Inventory is consolidated at Hutchison Logistics Centre, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong — a bonded logistics facility inside the Kwai Tsing container terminal complex. Goods are bought in from manufacturers and regional distributors, delivered there, and checked in against the packing list before they go on sale. Nothing is shipped straight from a factory floor to a customer.

Every GoviLoop order is picked and packed here, then handed to the carrier you chose at checkout — USPS, DHL or FedEx. Processing takes 1–2 business days and transit takes 5–10 business days.
This is a bonded logistics facility, not a shop or a returns counter — please request an RMA number before sending anything back to it.

Processing takes 1–2 business days and transit 5–10 business days, so a typical order lands in about 6–12 business days. Taxes and import duties are already in the price and we settle them with the carrier ourselves, so the courier never asks you for money at the door.
Pricing
Prices on this site are set by us and shown in US dollars, and they include taxes and import duties; the only thing added at checkout is the shipping method you choose. When we run a markdown, the crossed-out price is a price the item was genuinely sold at on this site. We do not use countdown timers, invented stock counters or fake urgency of any kind.
