Goviloop Warranty Policy
Goviloop watches include a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in the watch movement.
- Defects in the case, dial, hands, crown, or clasp caused by workmanship issues.
- Functional issues confirmed by our support team as warranty-eligible.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, cosmetic damage, or fading.
- Battery, strap, bracelet, or crystal damage caused by use or impact.
- Water damage unless the product listing specifically states applicable water resistance and the watch was used within those limits.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, modification, or improper care.
- Lost or stolen items.
How to start a warranty claim
Email support@goviloop.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the problem. Our team will review the claim and provide the next steps by email.
Warranty resolution
If the claim is approved, Goviloop may repair the item, replace it with the same or a comparable model, issue store credit, or refund the purchase price at our discretion. Customers should not send items back until they receive return instructions from our support team.
