Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, payment, and returning your Goviloop order.
Shipping
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100. We currently ship within the United States only.
Browse our collection at goviloop.com, select the item you wish to purchase, and add it to your cart. At checkout, enter your shipping address and payment details to complete the order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and the shipping method you select. Typical rates are $5.00 – $50.00. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once handed to the carrier, transit takes an estimated 7–15 business days to arrive.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@goviloop.com immediately.
We ship via trusted U.S. carriers — USPS, UPS, and FedEx. If your package is lost or arrives significantly damaged, contact us with your order number and photos within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a suitable resolution (replacement, repair, or refund). Coverage and remedies are subject to the carrier's policies.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. A valid physical street address is required at checkout. Orders placed with an ineligible address may be delayed or canceled.
We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us immediately at support@goviloop.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future — stay tuned for updates.
We do not currently offer gift wrapping or personalized gift messages. Items are shipped in their original retail or shipping packaging.
Products
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. If you are between sizes or are unsure which size is best, please contact us and we will help you choose the right fit before you buy.
You may have items adjusted or altered locally if needed. Please note: once a product has been altered, sized, or modified in any way, it becomes ineligible for return.
Do not alter your item until you are fully satisfied with it. Modifications void your return eligibility per our Return Policy.
Material specifications and care characteristics vary by product. Please refer to the individual product page for the exact composition, sizing details, and any care notes provided.

To keep your item in excellent condition:
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear to remove dust, sweat, or oils.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or harsh chemicals.
- Store in the original box or a soft pouch when not in use.
- Follow any care instructions printed on the product label or included documentation.
Not necessarily. Some superficial marks on the outer shipping box can occur during transit and do not affect the product itself. Please inspect the product carefully. If the item itself shows any defect or damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
Warranty terms vary by product and brand. If a warranty applies, the relevant card or documentation is included in the package — please keep it in a safe place. For specific warranty questions about an item before ordering, please contact us. Warranties typically cover manufacturing defects and do not extend to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
We are an independent online retailer and are not affiliated with any of the third-party brands referenced on this site. Every item is carefully inspected before shipment and shipped with its original packaging, documentation, and accessories where applicable. If you have a specific question about an item before ordering, please contact us.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.
Your card is charged after your order has been successfully shipped, not at the time of placing the order.
Yes. We adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your information. All credit card data is encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Your payment details are used solely to process your transaction and are never stored on our servers.
Once your return has been received and approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes 3–7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen it, please contact us at support@goviloop.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to our return conditions. The item must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

You may return your item if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- The wrong model, color, or variant was delivered.
- Items were missing from your order.
- You are unsatisfied with your purchase and the item meets our return conditions (unworn, unaltered, with original packaging).
Please contact us at support@goviloop.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, the damage, and the outer shipping packaging.
We will review your case and propose an appropriate resolution — replacement, repair, or full refund. Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for resolution.
If the outer box looks damaged upon delivery, photograph the packaging before opening and note the condition with the carrier driver if possible.
Do not ship anything back without prior authorization. To start a return:
- Email support@goviloop.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos.
- Once approved, we will email you an RMA number and full return instructions, including the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged in transit).
- Pack the item securely in the original box and outer packaging, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return your original item following our return process, and then place a new order for the model you want at goviloop.com.
The following are non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Items that have been worn, sized, or altered in any way.
- Custom, personalized, or engraved items.
- Items returned without their original packaging or accessories where applicable.
- Items with signs of wear, scratches, or post-delivery damage.
- Final sale and promotional items.
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
